- your child is not using plurals, past tense verbs or pronoun "I."
- your child is not 80% intelligible to all listeners
- your child does not articulate final consonants or words
- your child chokes, gags or vomits during meals
- your child drools all the time
- your child does not eat from all food groups or is a "picky eater."
4 years
- your child has difficulty following multi-step directions
- your child has difficulty telling about experiences in sequences
- your child is not 100% intelligible to all listeners
- your child chokes, gags or vomits during meals
- your child drools all the time
- your child does not eat from all food groups or is a "picky eater."
5 years
-your child doesn’t have an expressive vocabulary of 2,000 words
-your child cannot tell a story including a beginning, middle and end
-your child cannot define objects by their use and talk about the features (size, shape, composition)
-your child is not 100% intelligible to all listeners
-your child chokes, gags or vomits during meals
-your child drools all the time
-your child doesn’t eat all food groups or is a "picky eater."
